How do I sign up?

Do I get anything for signing up?
All members get 25 points for signing up! You will also receive an email with a free welcome gift code that can be used on a future order.
How many points do I earn when I make a purchase?
All tiers earn 1 point per $1 spent on glowrecipe.com.
After a purchase, when will I receive my points?
Your points will show as pending in your account until your order ships; most orders will ship within 48 hours, after which your points will be added into your account and available to redeem!
Do I get a birthday gift?
Yes! All members get a free Birthday Gift-With-Purchase. On the first day of your birthday month, the Birthday Gift will be added to the Loyalty Shop! You can add the Birthday Gift to your cart when purchasing at least one item in an order. You will have until the end of your birthday month to redeem the Birthday Gift - it expires on the first day of the next month.
To add your birthday to your account, click "Share Your Birthday" in the Earn Points section above! If you add your birthday to your account in the middle of your birthday month, please allow at least 24 hours for the Birthday Gift to load to your rewards page.
What are some of the ways I can earn points?
You can start earning points as soon as you sign up for Club Glow Rewards! You’ll also earn points for purchases, signing up for our email list, taking our skin quiz, signing up for SMS, following us on social media, reading our blog & more!
Can I earn points for buying Glow Recipe in-store?
Yes! You can earn 1 point for every dollar spent at our authorized retail brick and mortar stores, made in the last 30 days (per the date on the receipt). You can upload your receipt above (or here) and our team will review and add the points to your account (if your purchase is accepted) within 7 days.
Please check that the store details, date & timestamp, barcode and line items on receipt are legible. We reserve the right to deny any receipt if not clear in photo and will ask you to reupload.
What can I redeem my points for?
Club Glow Rewards members can now redeem their points for free product, exclusive member bundles, Glow merchandise, coupons & more! Visit the Loyalty Shop above to start redeeming your points.
Do Club Glow members get any special perks?
Club Glow Rewards members get early access to our launches, exclusive promotions, exclusive products & more.
If I spend my points, will my tier status be affected?
No! Your tier status is determined by amount spent on glowrecipe.com - placing orders and earning points helps you reach the next tier! You will not lose your tier when spending points. View the tracker at the top of the Club Glow page to see your tier status.
Do I need to buy something to be able to redeem a reward?
In order to redeem a reward (a free product, free shipping or a coupon) or redeem your Birthday Gift, you must have a minimum of (1) items in your cart.
Do my points expire?
Club Glow points will expire after one year of purchase inactivity! You will receive an email with a reminder if your points are expiring soon.
